Sad Days

Today we say goodbye to Mum, at Hereford crematorium, as she wished. When she died on 28th December it was the end of a three month stay in hospital and in the words of the cliche, a blessed release from illness. Cliche, but as it turns out true. We will try our best to celebrate a life, not just to be tearful about a death, remembering especially as her sons what she made of us. I thank God for my good fortune in being her son.
